They have strong digestion and tend to crave meat and salty foods. It’s important for Adrenal types to avoid animal products and salt.
Thyroid types are tall and thin with long fingers. They put on weight around the midsection. They tend to be nervous and to have an erratic flow of energy. It’s important for Thyroid types to avoid diets high in complex carbohydrates and balance out every meal with healthy protein and fat.
Gonadal types (who are mostly women) tend to be pear-shaped with weight on the buttocks and thighs. Their upper bodies are smaller than their lower bodies. They like fatty and spicy foods. They tend to be nurturing, steady, and responsible people. It’s important for GOnadal types to minimize unhealthy fats and foods that are too spicy.
Your Endocrine Dominance is an Important Key to Your Healing Equation
